noun
Continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
Is life not going as you planned?
Feeling overwhelmed, down or stressed more than you would like?
“Providing support for individuals, such as yourself, that are making life transitions, coping with anxiety and depression, or moving through tough situations is where I find my gift. I view the counseling relationship as a journey where you will grow by first gaining insight into yourself. This insight allows for effective establishment of goals, increased emotional awareness and developing new coping skills for everything that life can throw your way.”
About Me…
I am a lifelong Floridian. Born and raised in Orlando, I love the people and the energy of the Central Florida Area. I graduated from University of Central Florida and Rollins College, where I found my passion in helping others achieve their greatest potential as a counselor.
I view myself as an advocate for mental health awareness and education for individuals at all ages. I believe that knowledge is empowering, allowing my clients to understand their thoughts and behaviors and advocate for their needs effectively. I enjoy and appreciate getting to know my clients and their families, working to have a deep understanding of each individual and family system.
I also provide clinical supervision to new counselors that are working to attain their licensure. I enjoy working with new counselors in developing their skills to provide quality services in the community.
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."
